(This review is straight from my heart ❤️ and not paid). Absolutely loved the food. Aloo parathas were exactly like home cooked. I never had bell peppers in aloo parathas, but it tasted soo good and melted in my mouth. Her home-made mango Achaar with Aloo paratha took me straight back to home(Delhi). Pav bhaji was phenomenal. Simple, yet flavorful home cooked food. Also, it is rare to find chai from scratch. Hot cardamom chai absolutely made our day! The woman who cooked our food had so much warmth to her and it reminded me of hospitality back home.
(Be mindful of spice tolerance, they ask you. I chose 2 out of 5, it was still spicy for me as I have very low tolerance).
I’m so glad we stopped by this food truck on our way back from Leavenworth via Gold bar!

I cannot speak highly enough of this place! I've come here a few times now, and the lady behind the counter (I don't know her name, sorry) has been the greatest! I've gotten larger quantities of food for me and my friends, and she'd helped me bring it to my car. The food itself is incredibly good! The butter chicken pizza is AMAZING!!! and the samosas are fantastic! If you've been considering trying this place, do it!

By far, the best Indian / Pakistani food truck in Seattle. The host is very sweet, and can customize the food based on your needs.
The food they have is awesome tasting with full on homely feeling. We had aalu parathas, pakoras, butter paneer and fried rice. Everything was AMAZING. Would recommend their aalu parathas. I have never had such delicious parathas anywhere else, its hands down the best parathas.

Would definitely recommend anyone visiting around to stop by and enjoy their amazing food.

When I heard KZAM was a Pakistani food truck, I knew I had to try it—and it did not disappoint! Today was my second visit, and the food was just as amazing as the first time.

Everything tastes fresh and homemade. On my first visit, I tried the Samosa Chaat, Pilau Combo, Cheese Pizza, and Chicken Burger—each dish was flavorful and satisfying.

On my second visit, I explored more of their menu and had the Achari Chicken Pizza, Cheese Pizza, Biryani Combo, Pakora Fries, and Chai(it is sweetened. It would have been perfect if it was with no sugar). The spice level was perfect, just enough kick without overwhelming the flavors.

The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Food prices are very affordable. They’ve also added a small seating area with a waterproof tent, which is great considering the PNW weather. It’s a thoughtful touch that makes the experience even better.

Definitely a hidden gem worth visiting more than once!

Very happy with this new option in town, the food was amazing, the owners are incredibly nice people that commute out here to serve us delicious Indian food. The pastries were very good and butter chicken was awesome. Excited to go back and try other options.

The samosa and chicken puff pastry were delicious! And the owners were very friendly. I wish the butter chicken pizza had more sauce. It was good, but did not really taste like butter chicken to me.
